Background

For 10 years I have studied and practised traditional Eastern medicine. The one aspect that always stands out is the total mind-body approach to healing. Even when treating the smallest issue the whole picture is relevant. I want to share some of this traditional knowledge with you and make it relevant for today - in ways that are simple to digest, realistic to apply and viewed through a modern lens.

Approach: Traditional Wellness for Today

I am passionate about continuous self-development. I have built on my training and experience - utilizing the ancient skills and knowledge that I have learnt and making them relevant today. I try to live a balanced lifestyle, living in harmony with my environment. I follow a predominantly plant based diet and believe in a regular exercise, yoga and meditation practice as the foundation to inner and outer wellness.

Framework

I apply the ancient principles to my own personal life, my treatments and in my advice to clients. Different factors all contribute in looking and feeling your best. The DREAMS self care framework is a very useful tool to assess in any moment where needs more of your focus. It’s a simple tool that helps us assess whether we’re living in harmony with our environment, eating right, moving enough and nurturing our physical and mental wellbeing.
