Cauliflowers are by one of my favourite vegetables and I know, I probably say that of many vegetables. But there is definitely something about cauliflower that I love. Perhaps it’s just how much you can do with it.
Before cauliflower was something you mostly boiled or if you were bold enough, (or didn't have issues with dairy) throw a bunch of cheese on. But those days are long long gone. Turns out that cauliflower is one of the most versatile veggies out there and is usually great replacement when you are trying to avoid carbs.
Amongst the most popular uses are:
Cauliflower rice, pizza crust, mash, “bread Buns”, wings and tortillas.
One of my personal favourites are cauliflower tacos, I swear they are so good you will not once think of meat.
But why would you want to replace everything with cauliflower? Well , because it is incredibly healthy.

1 High in Vitamin K - this vitamin helps take care of your bones and is really important when it comes to collagen production.

In Traditional Chinese medicine cauliflower is often used to aid slow digestion.
3 Make you smarter- cauliflower contains high levels of choline that helps rebuild your cellular membranes.
4 Keep you looking young- cauliflowers are a strong anti-oxidants which can work as anti-aging agents. They are also great in a hiding collagen production. Need I say more?
5 Reduce inflammation- Because its Because of it’s omega-3 fatty acids cauliflower is capable of keeping inflammation at bay.
