Frozen Banana Lollies

When it’s warm it is sometimes hard to find healthy options for your kids ( and realistically yourself) to keep cool during the hot sunny days.

It’s difficult to find healthy alternatives that still feel like a treat. That is why these frozen bananas are a great option.

Bananas are a great source of calcium and are very rich in vitamins. They are also great for your digestive system amongst many other benefits.

Bananas are one of the oldest cultivated plants and have been used to treat everything from inflammation to digestive disorders. In TCM they are used to lubricate the intestines and aid digestion - helping to keep sugar cravings at bay!

Coconut, as you may know if you read my blog, is one of my favourite things. If you would like to know more about the health benefits of coconut please click here.

Your choice of topping can also boost these amazing treats health and flavour wise so don't be afraid to experiment.

The best part? They are really easy to make!

you can get very creative here but I used.

2 Whilst the bananas are freezing pour the coconut cream and half the water into a bowl and mix until the water and the cream are incorporated.
